We ship all our orders via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Currently, UPS is NOT guaranteeing delivery times.  We are unable to guarantee a delivery date, nor can we refund you if your product does not arrive on time due to UPS.  We will do our absolute best to ship orders as fast as possible.   

In the WARM WEATHER months, product CANNOT be in transit over the weekend, therefore orders placed later in the week will have to be held until the following Monday to ship. We also reserve the right to suspend shipments of products that are sensitive in extreme heat.

In the warm weather months, we advise adding warm weather packaging at an additional charge of $15.00 per box for products that are heat sensitive and selecting next day air transit. 

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (central), will begin being processed the next business day.
